Jessica Manis
Jessica “Just Jess ATL” Manis is an Artist Development Connector, Industry Liaison, and Event Curator specializing in aligning independent talent with industry infrastructure.
As the founder of Just Jess ATL, she is known for creating high-value rooms where talent, executives, and opportunity intersect, while identifying serious artists and emerging labels and guiding them toward deal readiness through strategic introductions, A&R alignment, and industry-level positioning.
Through her platform Jessica connects artists and labels to Tier 1 distribution, marketing strategy, and executive networks, helping move them from potential to scalable opportunity.
She is the creator of the Serious Artist Networking Event, a growing platform designed to bridge the gap between independent artists and real industry opportunity through curated connections, strategic access, and measurable career advancement.
Her work focuses on building structured pathways for artists and labels to scale, while curating experiences that bring together media, branding, and industry leadership into one cohesive ecosystem.
